Q. Where is the altSmo store based?
A. We are an online store based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Q. Can I visit your shop?
A. We operate only an online. We do not have resources to serve walk-in customers. Sorry. But you may arrange for self-collection of your order at our office (see FAQ on COD below).
Q. How long do I have to wait to receive my order (in Malaysia)?
A. At altSmo.com we understand you love vapemail and you want it "ASAP!!!" (in capital letters with three exclaimation marks). As such, we guarantee your order will be shipped same day if it is paid before 12 noon (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays). This guarantee does not apply if your order includes customized e-juices or Easy Mix, but we will still try our best to have it shipped same day. Poslaju typically (95% of the time) delivers next business day to cities and major towns. During festive season, all courier services (not just Poslaju) can get clogged up so it may take longer. You will be provided a number to track your package online.
Q. Who manufactures the products?
A. Brand in the product description will tell you the manufacturer of the product. For example, if the Brand says Smok Tech then you can be assured the product is authentic from Smok Tech. If it is a clone, we will let you know the clone manufacturer (for example, Tobeco). Please refer to our
Authenticity Policy.
Q. Do you provide COD services?
A. We do provide self-collection service at our office in PV128, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. Place your order online or over the phone. We'll let you know when your order is ready for collection. All orders are processed sequentially (first in, first out).
Q. Can I get notified when an item is restocked?
A. Send us an email stating the product, colour and size (if any). You will be notified via email when the item is available again. This notification service does not obligate you to make a purchase.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes we do at reasonable prices. Delivery times is 5 to 30 working days depending on your location and shipping service selected. Contact us if you need an estimate of how long a shipping service will take. All international shipping options has online tracking capabilities for your peace of mind.
